Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site without our permission
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact forms

No Guarantee of Enrollment or Eligibility

Information on this Site, including content about our programs, child care assistance, tax credits, and eligibility criteria, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not guarantee enrollment, availability, or eligibility for any program, subsidy, or tax benefit. Enrollment is subject to availability and our standard enrollment process. Eligibility for child care assistance or tax benefits is determined by the relevant state or federal agency, not by Little Angels.

Photos of Children

Photos and videos of children enrolled in our program that may appear on this Site are used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with parental consent obtained separately through our enrollment process.

Text Messaging (SMS) Programs

Little Angels Daycare offers two separate, optional text messaging programs. Each has its own consent, and signing up for one does not sign you up for the other.

Parent alerts (enrolled families): Informational messages about closures, schedule changes, attendance, pickups, and billing, sent to parents and guardians of enrolled children who opt in on our enrollment form. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

Updates for prospective families: Marketing messages about tours, open houses, and enrollment openings, sent to people who opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website contact form. Up to 4 messages per month.

Consent is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to a message from that program; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that program. Reply START to resubscribe. For help, reply HELP or call us at 716-896-2330. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your mobile number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
